Publication Policy
The Journal of International Law, Politics and Society (JILPS) publishes four issues annually, following a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the highest academic standards and objectivity. Each issue is preceded by a Call for Papers, which is formally circulated to inform prospective authors about upcoming publication opportunities, submission deadlines, and thematic guidelines, if any. To maintain transparency and uphold publication ethics, where the authors must provide their formal consent to the copyright terms through an online declaration before the manuscript can proceed to publication. This form confirms the originality of the work and grants the journal rights necessary for publication and distribution.
Should an author wish to withdraw a submitted manuscript, they are required to notify the editorial board in writing via email at the earliest possible stage—prior to acceptance or publication. Manuscripts that have already been published cannot be withdrawn or removed under any circumstances, as they become part of the official academic record. As part of the review process, the journal’s panel of expert reviewers may provide critical feedback and suggest revisions. Authors are expected to respond to reviewer comments and make necessary changes to ensure the academic quality and integrity of their work.
